THE (LEGAL) INTIATION TIMELINE

1. Pinning Ceremony

2. Each candidate fills  out Candidate Bio

3. Begin GreekLifeEdu Program and complete Part 1 within two weeks (it is the chapter’s responsibility to make sure Part 1 is complete three weeks prior to initiation).

4. Email Candidate Registration Form to samhq@sam.org

Three Weeks Prior To Initiation Date

MUST BE RECEIVED AT THE FRATERNITY OFFICE

 

1. $315 man Lifetime Initiation Fee 

2. Candidate Biography for each  man to be initiated

3. Date of Initiation

4. Exact spelling of all initiates’ names and middle initials

5. GreekLifeEdu Completion (Fraternity Office will verify online before sending materials.)

* These items are processed in 5 -7 days in order of receipt

Prior Will Receive Before Initiation

1. Blue books for each initiate

2. Pin for each initiate

3. Oath for each initiate to sign during ceremony

4. Membership card for each initiate.

 

 

 

* Fees for any postage other than first class must be sent with initiation fees

Initiation Day

New initiates sign OATHS.

 

Return them to the office immediately.

Shingles arrive for new initiates
