This year’s convention will include educational sessions throughout the weekend, annual business meeting on Saturday afternoon, and an awards banquet dinner on Saturday night. We look forward to seeing you in Phoenix, Arizona!
The convention room rate of $128.00 includes taxes and fees. Self-parking is complimentary for guest staying at the hotel and guest room internet is complimentary.
The cost for two voting delegates from a designated chapter is $1800, ($900 each) Remember, Chapters were billed for their two required delegates earlier in the year. The cost for each additional attendee is $900. The cost includes official banquet functions, hotel, and conference materials.
Registration Check-In: Check-in begins at 10:30 am MT Thursday, August 8 until 1:30 pm MT Please check-in within that window of time. The opening session will begin at 2 pm MT. Convention will adjourn at 12 pm MT on Sunday, August 11, 2019.
Convention Award Nominations
Awards are presented on an annual basis at the Summer Convention. The following awards are nomination based. You are encouraged to nominate your chapter and members for these awards. Please read the directions carefully for each award nomination, as they require different supporting material. Supporting documentation can be uploaded directly to the nomination form. The submission deadline for all awards is May 31, 2019.
Chapter and Individual Awards

Individual Awards Includes: Prior Award, Vice Prior Award, Exchequer Award, Recorder Award, Outstanding Athlete Award, Rabbi Liebman Award, Alumni Recorder Award, Outstanding Chapter Advisor Award

Blue Book Task Force Report
Note: Division C, Article II, 4 states “Any amendments to divisions A to F hereof can only be voted upon if said amendments have been presented in writing to the Octagon at least 90 days before the Convention, for publication in the Convention Foreword.”
