When planning an event you may be required to sign a contract or an agreement. In that case here are a few key rules to follow when signing contracts. Those rules are as follows:
Contracts must be signed in the Chapter’s name. (Example: Tau Chapter of Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity)
Professional services (i.e. hotels, food, security, third-party vendor, sanitation, transportation) MUST be licensed and insured
Contracts must be reviewed by an advisor before the Prior signs (Sending to HQ for review is recommended)

If a vendor is asking to be listed as additional insured or indemnification language, you must reach out to HQ for assistance before signing
