The Octagon has made the decision to transition to a virtual Convention experience this summer. Our undergraduate Fratres expressed concerns related to financial strains for members and chapters, as well as the unknown advisability of travel. The hotel’s ability to meet our contractual obligations also remained uncertain. As a result, we were able to shift our current contract to 2023 without penalty.
The fraternity now has more time to singularly focus on planning an exceptional virtual Convention experience. We will build upon the successes and lessons learned from the last virtual Convention and Chapter Leaders Day program.
We want to hear from you – our most loyal and engaged alumni – as we develop our plans for this summer. What programming, networking, and other experiences would make you interested in registering for a virtual Convention? Take our brief survey.
