January – February
Sigma Alpha Mu’s award-winning program the Developing Leaders Initiative will transition to a virtual experience for 2021 due to the pandemic. The DLI Committee is thrilled to offer undergraduate leaders a 6-week leadership experience that will focus on Board and strategic plan operations and the opportunity to work collaboratively and share undergraduate feedback on areas that will positively impact the International Fraternity.
The Octagon and Strategic Planning Committee will provide two areas/topics that are relevant for the future success of the International Fraternity. DLI will have meetings with those entities to discuss and make recommendations from an undergraduate perspective.
