The Judy Fund

Learn more about our philanthropic partner. The Alzheimer’s Association leads the way to end Alzheimer’s and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support. Marshall M. Gelfand (Eta, ’45) established the family fund in 2003 at the Alzheimer’s Association in loving memory of his wife. The Judy Fund, now chaired by his daughter, Elizabeth Gelfand Stearns, remains the largest and fastest-growing family fund at the Alzheimer’s Association. Sigma Alpha Mu has raised over $1,000,000 during our partnership with The Judy Fund.
