About the Chapter
The Delta Eta Chapter at University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida chartered on January 19, 1991. Over 412 men have been initiated into the Delta Eta Chapter since its inception.
Current Status
This spring the Delta Eta Chapter hosted our annual philanthropy competition, Sammy Shenanigans. Participants were able to compete in many events from Family Feud to a kickball tournament, bill battle to banner auctions. With the participation of all four Panhellenic sororities on campus, we were able to raise nearly $2,000 for the Judy Fund.
Last year the Delta Eta chapter welcomed 19 new members into our chapter and maintained its status as one of the top fraternities on campus. We hope that we will continue to see a growth in our chapter size with the addition of our new Beta Zeta candidate class in Fall 2020. Additionally, our vice prior, Kenneth Burrell (Delta Eta, ’17), was crowned Mr. UWF, which demonstrates our on-campus commitment and community involvement.
