About the Chapter
The Kappa Chapter at University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN chartered on December 17, 1915. Over 1429 men have been initiated into the Kappa Chapter since its inception.
Current Status
This Fall 2019, the Kappa Chapter served our community along with other on-campus fraternities by making blankets for those in need. The fratres hosted this event with 50+ college students working for over an hour cutting and tying. We delivered 100+ blankets to a local homeless shelter. As the temperatures here fall in Minnesota, we were happy to do something meaningful. Kappa Chapter hosted a Comedy Night, in partnership with our university comedy talent and improv clubs. Our annual Breakfast at Sammy brunch fundraiser is being postponed to the spring this year to aggregate more sponsors.
