You must be using a computer to successfully join any Convention event. You can not attend any event successfully via your phone.
Before getting started let’s be sure that you are using Google Chrome as a browser. Go to https://www.google.com/chrome to download now.
I joined the session and Socio recognized my computer’s camera and microphone and I am having issues with my microphone and/or camera. Can you help me?

First, let’s make sure you have allowed access to your camera. If you are using Google Chrome, click on the lock to the right of the URL box seen in the screenshot below. You will see a microphone and camera. Click the down arrow and select allow.
