About the Chapter
The Delta Beta Chapter at American University in Washington D.C. chartered on January 28, 1989. Over 327 men have been initiated into the Delta Beta Chapter since its inception.
Current Status
The Delta Beta Chapter participated in the Alzheimer’s Association’s annual walk event in D.C. Wearing letters, several fratres attended and raised $1,800. Delta Beta Chapter is proud to represent the greater fraternity with our philanthropic partner and put our best foot forward as we walked to end Alzheimer’s.
We also partnered with Mission 22, a non-profit that provides treatment programs for veterans facing mental health issues. We silently stood in front of the MGC at American University for 22 minutes in honor of the number of veterans who take their life each day. With the support of the campus and community, we raised over $500 for this cause.
