Convention Rebate Information

Every year, the Fraternity distributes a Convention Rebate based on undergraduate delegates attendance at sessions throughout the weekend.  The Convention Rebate is 75% of one Convention Registration ($295) and 75% of one Super Saver airfare for a Chapter Delegation of two.  Chapters that are within a 200-mile radius of the Convention site will receive a rebate based on mileage.  Each delegate will have a QR code on the back of their nametag.  You must bring your nametag to each session.  At the beginning and conclusion of each session, a designated staff member will scan your nametag. It is your responsibility to ensure your nametag gets scanned. The rebate is directly tied to the percentage of sessions attended by the entire delegation.

Additional details will be provided to undergraduate delegates who register for Convention.

Appropriate Attire

All convention sessions and settings require business attire (coat and tie) and your name tag. The awards banquet on Saturday is the Purple Tie Banquet.  A purple tie will be provided as the Convention favor.

Women who attend the closing banquet should plan to wear formal evening attire.

Covid-19 Safety Protocols

Measures will be taken to demonstrate further care and concern for in-person attendees. More information will be provided as we get closer to the event date.
