The registration deadline to receive mailed materials in advance of the business meeting is July 1, 2020.
The business meeting will occur on Sunday, August 9th, 2020 at 3 pm EDT (12 pm PDT). A link to the virtual meeting will be emailed to you prior to the meeting.
An electronic voting platform will be used for this year’s virtual business meeting and instructions will be provided in advance to all voting members.
