Within the video, Kenneth discusses the roles and responsibilities of the Risk Team (also known as Event Monitors). At the beginning of each semester, the Vice Prior should conduct an Event Monitor/Risk Team Training with all members of the chapter. That way, regardless of what role they have for a specific event, they are trained and prepared to fulfill those roles.
